I have not used it on my Vivoactive 4S but the size is accurate & covers the entire surface. I am using tempered glass protector but due to the curved shape of the watch surface, the glass is unable to stick to the sides of the clock face. This is film so it should work better. Product comes without any box. It was sent as it in a bubble-wrap-protected envelope. Will buy again if it works as claimed.
